Leverkusen were held to a 2-2 draw by Werder Bremen, having twice led. Leaving them five points behind leaders RB Leipzig in German Bundesliga football.

In the 30th minute, Leverkusen took a 1-0 lead from a passing game. Jeremy Frimpong crossed from the right into the middle of the penalty area for Victor Boniface to aim a close-range shot into the net. UFABET 

The first half ended with Leverkusen leading Bremen 1-0.

In the second half, in the 74th minute, Bremen equalized 1-1 when Julian Malatini passed the ball into the penalty area for Marvin Dukes to head the ball under the bar and into the net.

But in the 77th minute, Leverkusen took the lead again, making it 2-1 when Patrik Schick crossed from the left wing into the penalty area. Robert Andrich could do nothing, using his chest to tap the ball to his teammate. But it was Bremen defender Felix Agu who kicked the ball away and it went into his own goal.

However, in the 90th minute, Bremen equalized 2-2. Justin Njinmah passed back to Romano Schmid. Who spun with his right foot from the top of the penalty area, leaning towards the left. The ball went under the crossbar and into the net.
